After School Academy

After-School Academy is taught by CMES Teachers and is a fabulous way to hang out with friends and participate in some awesome activities. All After-School Academy Classes will run from 2:30-3:50pm for four weeks. There are no refunds for canceled classes, including but not limited to cancelations based on inclement weather, pandemic, natural or other unforeseen disaster/crisis. Classes are $50 and meet for four weeks. We plan to have 5 sessions this year. Class options change each session. Dismissal be a car-rider line on the K-2 playground.

All monies collected from clubs and after school classes go to sponsor supplements, materials needed for the club/class, and other Coal Mountain initiatives.

We strive to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to the safety and wellbeing of all participants. School rules will be enforced during After School Academy. Our expectations for appropriate student behavior will mirror the CMES handbook. Student behavioral choices that do not meet these expectations will be addressed through appropriate consequences, ranging from communicating with parents to dismissal from the After School Class. 

Steps to Registration:

This year registration for After School Academy will not be offered online. Registration forms will come home in your child's backpack. If you need an additional copy, you can find it here. 

Once registration has closed for the session, you will receive a confirmation email with directions for payment.
